Week 1: Wayfinding
A discovery session to recognize and accept where the young adult is in this moment—right where they are, not where they think they should be. They’ll begin to track their daily energy and engagement, using these first clues as guideposts to find their way forward with the tools they have at hand.Week 2: Building a Compass
With an accurate compass, they’ll learn to navigate the twists and turns of life. This week, they’ll build their own compass to align their actions with what matters most, noticing how much coherence exists between who they are, what they believe in, and what they’re doing. This tool becomes a trusted guide to navigate tension, compromise, and authenticity.Week 3: Values
Clarifying what’s most important to them—identifying their highest values—so they can live in ways that are meaningful, fulfilling, and true to themselves. This is the anchor point for their life design journey.Week 4: Life Design & Mind Mapping
Using mind mapping exercises to generate fresh ideas and test out possibilities, they’ll start to explore and experiment in creative ways. This is a fun and energizing step to unlock their curiosity and imagination.Week 5: Plans to Prototype
This week, they’ll build plans to pilot and test—looking at what excites them and what resources they’ll need to bring those plans to life. They’ll validate their ideas against their personal compass, finding confidence in what feels aligned and authentic.Week 6: Building a Life Design Team
The final step is about connection and support. They’ll create a life design team for ongoing accountability and guidance—trusted allies who can stand beside them as they continue to grow and evolve beyond this six-week coaching journey.es here -
