“You don’t have to do the brave work of ending old cycles alone.”

A safe, guided space to navigate the often-lonely terrain of family pattern awareness, boundary-setting, grief, and liberation.

Cycle-breaking is brave, messy, and sacred work, and you shouldn’t and don’t have to do it alone. The Branch Out Healing Roots Circle is a space for reflection, connection, and renewal. Together, we walk through the phases of releasing the past and restoring our truth.

Together, we will focus not only on the pain that surfaces but on freedom, compassion, and renewal,  for ourselves and for the generations to come.

My aim is to offer community, reflection, and guided support for adults consciously ending generational cycles so they can live, love, and parent with greater authenticity, freedom, and peace, freeing themselves and future generations from going through similar patterns.

When you heal, you don’t just change your story

You change the inheritance of generations.

INTRODUCING

Healing Roots Circle

.

Healing Roots Circle .

A guided space to understand where your patterns come from, how they’ve shaped your relationships, and how to begin releasing them. As we walk together during this journey, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep old cycles alive and learn how to release them with compassion.

I am inviting you to the circle if you are…

  • An adult child who is doing the work to become more conscious, is setting boundaries, or healing family dynamics

  • A parent who wants to ensure they don’t pass on inherited pain

  • Someone navigating estrangement, emotional distance, or redefined relationships

  • Someone feeling isolated in their healing journey

What The Healing Roots Circle Includes

“We’re not here to fix each other. We’re here to witness and walk alongside.”

Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle prompts and access to a private chat for continued reflection and accountability. Members can later choose to deepen the work through 1:1 coaching or in-person retreats.

WE’RE STARTING WITH

The Origins of You by Vienna Pharaon

Our first Circle begins with The Origins of You, a compassionate guide to uncovering early patterns and the “origin wounds” that shape our adult lives. It’s hopeful, practical, and beautifully written, making complex emotional work feel accessible.

For Session 1, we will focus on Awakening & Naming:  Becoming aware of inherited family patterns and unconscious roles.

Before we meet, read the Introduction, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2.

We’ll explore:

  • Recognizing the “origin stories” that shape your beliefs

  • Naming early wounds with compassion

  • Beginning to notice how these patterns show up in daily life

Later sessions in brief:

  • Session 2 & 3: Releasing: Letting go of guilt and roles that no longer serve you

  • Session 4 & 5: Restoring & Repatterning: Reconnecting with your true self and practicing new ways of being

  • Session 6: Integration & Renewal: Living your new story and defining the legacy you’ll carry forward

WHAT MAKES THIS CIRCLE DIFFERENT

Because healing deepens in community.

The Healing Roots Circle isn’t about fixing or diagnosing, it’s about remembering our shared humanity. Each session blends reflection, ritual, and gentle structure to help you reconnect with yourself and with others walking a similar path. Over time, the circle becomes a community that continues to hold space even after the six weeks are over.

For those who wish to go deeper, there are opportunities to continue the journey through one-to-one coaching or in-person retreats in Sweden and Europe.

Books We’ll Explore Next

Each book expands the circle’s conversation, offering a different doorway into awareness, healing, and growth. You can join at any phase that resonates most with where you are.

  • "Working on my origins with Patricia has been deeply revealing and powerful for my loved ones and me. This Circle has taught me that the healing journey is much richer and safer when shared with conscious women walking their own paths, but together, guided by Patricia’s grounded presence and clarity. Thank you all for your loving support and openness. "

  • "Through this circle, I was able to uncover some blindspots which allowed me to release old burdens and reclaim my sense of safety. Gaining practical tools for boundaries and communication gave me what I need to sustain this growth. I learnt that being a cycle breaker is ultimately about the freedom to choose my own path."

  • "The Healing Roots Circle is a rare and deeply honest space that allows you to simply be. It gave me permission to sit with discomfort without fear, to find peace in uncertainty, and to show up as my truest self. Patricia holds this space with remarkable care and intuition; her guidance feels steady, compassionate, and deeply attuned. Through shared reflections and the gentle presence of The Origins of You, I was able to see truths within myself with a clarity I hadn’t before.
