You’re juggling a lot; meetings, meltdowns, and the quiet question, Am I showing up at my best?’

The Parenting Camp™ is here to remind you that you already are.

Parenting doesn’t pause for meetings or deadlines. Neither do meltdowns or moments that matter. And when you’re stretched between career goals and family life, it’s easy to feel like you’re failing at both. But you’re not.

You’re just running on empty.

The Parenting Camp™ exists to change that. To make space for you to reconnect with yourself so you can thrive, not just function, at home and at work.

This isn’t about adding more tools to your plate. It’s about setting the plate down for a moment and remembering who you are.

We work with:

  • High-achieving parents who feel emotionally depleted.

  • People in survival mode craving connection and meaning.

  • Anyone who’s showing up for everyone but themselves.

It’s time to make every moment count for you.

Every small moment of presence is a big moment of care

for them and you.

INTRODUCING

The Parenting Camp™

.

The Parenting Camp™ .

The first-ever 2-month virtual camp designed for real-life working parents who want to feel more present, peaceful, and powerful at home and work. This isn’t a lecture series or a parenting manual. This is your emotional base camp. A safe, supportive space to slow down, breathe, reflect, and grow with people who get it.

What The Parenting Camp™ Includes

Get ready for 8 weeks of transformation, connection, and deep exhale; from emotional depletion to grounded presence and meaningful connection. This experience is designed in a way that doesn’t ask you to do more, but helps you be more.

Weekly live group sessions

Every Tuesday evening, join a real-time circle for grounding, honest conversation, and emotional renewal. This is not a how-to; it’s a space to arrive, be seen, and begin again.

Base camp moments

Weekly 2-minute audio check-ins help you anchor presence in your daily life. Share (or listen) as your cohort reflects on how they made space for themselves that week.

  • The Parenting Camp with Patricia and Hazel offered the unique opportunity for me to set aside time to reflect, learn and be in community with other working mothers seeking to grow in their parenting journey. Patricia and Hazel are amazing facilitators and together they invited us to reflect on our past, explore areas where we are stuck and listen to ourselves and our desires in parenting. They offered valuable materials, resources and learning activities to help the content come to life. Patricia and Hazel lead with joy, expertise and dedication as they seek to help us become the parents we hope to be!

  • I came to The Parenting Camp in a time of stress and uncertainty in my parenting journey. I have my own childhood trauma that I actively try not to bring to my parenting and Patricia and Hazel facilitated a space where I could address this in a safe group environment and learn and share with other mothers. I have a teenager and a 10 year and they are struggling with ADHD and OCD and through TPC I was able to give myself space and grace to work through these new phases of parenting. It was great to make space and time for myself so that I could connect with other mothers and recharge in order to bring the best version of myself to my daughters. Thank you Patricia and Hazel!

  • Parenting camp was an eye opening experience for me. It was great to meet other women in similar circumstances and learn from their experiences too. Thru this course I also learned how to identify my triggers and tools I can use at home and at work that help me manage the situation better, allowing me to bring my best self to my kids at home and my team at work. Thanks so much Hazel and Paty! I am very grateful for all you tought me!

Every step, conversation, and pause becomes part of your healing landscape, a space to reset your nervous system and return home lighter, calmer, and more whole.

The Sacred Valley Parenting Retreat 2026

Step out of routine. Step into presence.

Join us for a 4-day, 3-night guided trek through Peru’s Sacred Valley, a mindful expedition into nature, reflection, and renewal. Away from screens and schedules, you’ll move, breathe, and connect with yourself in ways that only wide open skies and mountain air can make possible.

This isn’t a typical retreat. It’s a pilgrimage inward, guided by expert facilitators and certified professional Conscious Parenting coaches Patricia Díaz-Kismarton and Hazel Swayne, in partnership with Andes and Treks, combining the science of self-awareness with the meditative calmness of the land. This is a unique experience where we bring together the transformational experience of The Parenting Camp™ and the magic of the Sacred Valley.

This is not a retreat. It’s a lived experience, an invitation to:

  • Disconnect deeply from the noise of daily life.

  • Reground in your body and what truly matters.

  • Reconnect with yourself and others through shared moments of awe.

Registration opens soon for the next Sacred Valley cohort.

Why You Should Work with Us

Because we’ve been there, and we know what it means to function without flourishing.

As coaches, Hazel and I believe that every parent deserves to recognize their own beauty, creativity, and potential, just as every child deserves the freedom to be authentic. Together, we bring decades of expertise across coaching, behavioral design, and parenting science. But more than that, we bring empathy, lived experience, and a commitment to transformation that starts from within.

Our focus? Meaningful connections with kids and at work. We embrace wholeness and presence, enabling you to see your completeness and be in a state of flow. Feeling seen and heard matters to us all. Reconnecting with yourself helps forge meaningful connections with loved ones and colleagues.
