Pre-retreat coaching session (30 min): A one-on-one session for the parent, with Patricia or Anna, helping you arrive ready and open for the experience ahead.
Post-retreat coaching session (45 min): A chance to reflect and integrate, redeemable within four weeks of the retreat.

Out of your heads, into your bodies: Conscious movement, breathwork, and energy-based practice, built for parent and child to do together, not just talk about together.
Free time, your way: Built-in unstructured time each day, pick from a massage, a surf lesson, the beach, or the pool.
4 days / 3 nights, all meals: Accommodation for one parent and one child, plus meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, at the retreat venue.
Co-facilitation, two ways of working: Patricia brings conscious parenting coaching and guided, trust-building conversation. Anna brings transpersonal therapy, yoga, and somatic awareness.
Please note: Our retreats are designed to be intimate and engaging, which is why we require a minimum of six parent–child pairings. If this number is not reached, we may need to cancel. Should that happen, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat.

Patricia Diaz-Kismarton is a certified conscious parenting coach who helps parents build deeper, more authentic relationships with their children by first reconnecting with themselves. Her work combines coaching, self-awareness, and practical tools that help families move beyond surface-level communication into meaningful connection.
Anna de Brugada Masip is a transpersonal therapist, yoga teacher, and somatic practitioner whose work focuses on embodiment, healing, and presence. She creates experiences that help both adults and children slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage more fully with one another.
Together, Patricia and Anna bring complementary approaches that support both emotional connection and embodied experience, creating a retreat that is both meaningful and deeply restorative.
