*This workshop is designed for groups, but I’m also happy to tailor it specifically for your individual family. I’ll accommodate the dates to run the workshop for your group or for your individual family.
Session #1 (for parents, one or both): 2 HoursSession #2 (for teenager only): 2 Hours

During these sessions, expect combination of self-Assessments, healthy guided parent & child conversations, guidance on gaining control without jeopardizing strong parent & child connection, hands on exercises to gain clarity on wants and desires, tools for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries and family agreement templates.
This workshop is for parents or caregivers and their teenagers/Pre-teens (11-17 years old)
Parents that want to:
Develop a healthy relationship with screen use at home.
Model positive screen habits for their children.
Create space for teens to make their own informed choices, moving beyond traditional "teaching" methods.
Encourage open and healthy dialogue about screen time habits.
Build trust and respond confidently to their teen's screen time demands.
Move beyond arbitrary screen time limits to more meaningful guidelines and support what their teens are needing.
Leverage their awareness of research on the impacts of high screen time to inform their approach.
Teens that want to:
Be heard and have their opinions valued.
Connect with their parents and address tension topics together.
Make the best choices for themselves with the support of their family.
Navigate their access to screens (phones, tablets, computers, gaming devices) responsibly.
This Workshop is NOT for:
Deciding the best time to give your teen a smartphone.
Teaching teens about social media use.
Raising awareness about the impact of screen addictions (assumes both parents and children understand this)

Gain increased awareness of the obstacles to maintaining boundaries
Renew their commitment to uphold these boundaries
Develop a healthier relationship with their own devices and screen time.
Teenagers will:
Achieve greater clarity,
Build resilience to accept boundaries

And find intrinsic motivation to make beneficial choices.
Together, both parents and children will:
Address and resolve a tension topic
Establish realistic agreements
Make commitments regarding screen use
Renew trust around a tension topic
