Conscious Parenting
The Conscious Parenting Coaching Package is designed for parents looking for personal growth and a close and amazing connection with their children. As a parent, you want to rise like the sun and shine with your children as their spark begins to light the world. Only one of the parents is required for this packet.

Ignite Young Adults
Everyone has something special, a secret sauce or super power. Ignite Young Adults supports teens along with their parents before entering the real world (e.g. after high school). This coaching package builds a framework for meaningful discovery. We cannot assume that at this young age that young adults would be able to articulate their purpose, but it’s a perfect age to begin to prototype and design their lives in meaningful ways.
1:1 Coaching
1 Discovery session with the young adult (2 hours)
1 Intake session with at least one parent or caregiver (1.5 hours)
5 1:1 coaching sessions with teen/young adult (1 hour each)
1 1:1 coaching sessions with parent/caregiver (1 hour)

Cecilia
Cecilia was experiencing a low point in her life. While going through a divorce, and being clinically depressed, she felt emotionally disconnected from herself and her family. After receiving professional psychiatric therapy, Cecilia started reconnecting with her life energy and potential. She started looking ahead to possibilities and recognized the need for coaching support.
