About me…
I haven’t always been a professional coach, mother, entrepreneur, business professional, or athlete. In fact, these descriptions began as small seeds of inspiration that grew into personal dreams. Step by step through my life’s journey, I moved closer to actualization, until one day, upon reflection, I realized I was living my dreams.
What I’ve come to understand about myself, is that I love the journey itself. The goal isn’t to arrive at a point where all my dreams are realized. That would take a thousand lifetimes. It’s about becoming fully present in every moment to listen for the signal in the noise, the resonance that’s giving me the meaningful information that I’m searching for—and then living and breathing from that truth.
As the poet, David Whyte, so elegantly states,
“Hold to the truth you make every day with your own body, don’t turn your face away. Hold to your own truth at the center of the image you were born with.”
I call that truth, “essence.” When I’m connected to my essence, I live my dreams. When I’m disconnected from my essence, my life wanders meaninglessly. My combined experiences have clarified my own truth—that I’m meant to walk alongside others to help them discover their essence and intentionally live from that source of truth. It’s my passion, my deepest joy.
While I have found success as an entrepreneur, co-founding businesses that have grown and expanded significantly (Vera Whole Health), I’m well aware that living a meaningful life has little to do with searching for accomplishments or money, and a lot to do with letting go of the stories, thoughts and ideas limiting our potential—the voices in our lives that are making our dreams smaller—and identifying and pursuing our unique contribution to the world. In fact, it may very well be the only task we are required to do.

A little bit about my coaching philosophy…
My number one drive for growth and continuous learning, and where I have the most faith in the future, comes from my role as a mother. I see the world as an integrated learning journey alongside my two daughters. They help me stay youthful and give me perspective in my professional life. Our combined success is integral. I’m most connected with my kids when I’m consciously parenting. When I’m awake and thriving, my kids flourish. When I’m unconscious of my interactions with my kids, I’m unaware of the impact it’s having on their lives. It’s truly a magically reciprocal relationship. They are my mirrors, and make visible my weaknesses, flaws, and fears, as well as my gifts and strengths.
This learning philosophy is core to my coaching where I partner with parents (just like you) to embrace parenthood as a fertile ground for personal growth, maturity and as integral to foster a child's connection to their true self. I also accompany young adults and women entering new and unique life stages, so they tap into their true essence to "Branch Out" and unlock their maximum creative potential.
When people discover or reconnect with their essence and pursue it with passion, not only will they feel more fulfilled, but when they do, they show up in the world joyfully as their best selves. The result is a better world, one realized dream at a time.
